Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Specialist at Kayyan in Giza. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
- Experience in Customer Support and Training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus
