Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Telesales Specialist at Otex-eg located in Cairo. As a Telesales Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training. You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, providing product information and support to customers, and meeting sales targets.

• Customer Support and Training skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Experience in telesales or a similar role
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
