Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist at Skyline PBO. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their needs, and pitching relevant products or services. The Telesales Specialist will also handle incoming inquiries, provide information to customers, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus
