Job Description

Job Summary:

The Telemarketer / Telesales Specialist will play a pivotal role in generating new business for SSIB by proactively reaching out to potential clients and promoting the companys suite of HR services, which include Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, Accounting Solutions, and IT Services. This individual will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, building strong relationships, and scheduling meetings for the sales team to further develop the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce SSIBs HR services, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Promote SSIBs Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Accounting, and IT solutions by providing a clear value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, ensuring that CRM systems are kept up-to-date with all interactions and status changes.
  • Follow up with prospective clients through emails and phone calls to nurture relationships and convert leads into appointments.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria to assess if they are a good fit for the companys HR services.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff for further negotiations.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide information to address potential concerns from prospects.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on call activity, lead generation, and conversion rates to management.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in HR services and tailor the sales approach to meet market demands.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to handle objections and deliver persuasive arguments to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Adept at building rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead progress.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven by results and committed to meeting set targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience in working with CRM systems to manage and track leads and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales, ideally within HR or related service industries.
  • Knowledge of HR services such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Accounting, and IT solutions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
