Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Tele sales Representative located in Cairo. As a Tele sales Representative, your day-to-day tasks will involve communicating with customers, providing sales support, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for training customers on our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going. Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to different training programs.
Answering customers questions on E- Learning different programs and handling objection
Education Companies background is preferred.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinking skills.
Ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
