Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales opportunities.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
  4. Set clear sales objectives and goals for the team and individuals.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and performance reviews.
  6. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts and meet customer needs.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably from telesales and B2C industry.
  • Proven experience of team management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
