Job Title: Telesales & Portal Administrator: Real Estate BrokerageAs a Telesales & Portal Administrator at Future Generation Properties, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our online presence across various real estate portals and CRM systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that property listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date, thereby enhancing visibility and attracting potential clients. Additionally, you will engage with prospective buyers and sellers, build rapport, and promote the real estate services offered by our brokerage. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for real estate.
Manage and maintain property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other real estate portals.- Ensure all property information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with portal requirements.
Optimize listings to improve visibility and ranking on each platform.
Oversee the integration and synchronization of property data between CRM systems and online portals.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the CRM.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
Maintain and update property listings on the company's website.- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the website's functionality and user experience.
Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Generate and analyze reports on listing performance, lead generation, and portal traffic.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving listing effectiveness and lead conversion rates.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all managed portals and systems.
Conduct regular audits of property listings to ensure compliance with company standards and portal guidelines.- Identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies in property data and listings.
Implement best data entry and management practices to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to portal integrations, data feeds, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to resolve complex technical problems.
Stay updated on the latest developments and updates from portals and CRM providers.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of portal activities with business goals.- Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of portals and CRM systems.
Communicate effectively with portal support teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential real estate clients.
- Utilize various lead sources and databases to identify potential buyers and sellers.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow-up on leads regularly.
Establish and maintain a positive and professional rapport with clients.- Understand client needs and preferences, providing relevant property options and information.
Schedule property viewings and appointments with real estate agents.
Develop a deep understanding of the real estate market, property listings, and industry trends.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding available properties.
Collaborate with real estate agents to stay informed about property details.
Guide clients through the real estate sales process, including property showings, negotiations, and closing procedures.- Assist in the preparation and submission of offers and purchase agreements.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously work towards achieving individual and team goals.
Participate in sales training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards in all interactions.
Proven experience in managing property listings on real estate portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and website management.
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
