Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Manager at Scientific Nutrition Center. As a Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring the performance of telesales representatives. You will also develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. This role is located in Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a telesales or sales management position
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
