Role Purpose

As Admin Assistant, you will leverage your analytical and organizational skills to support operations by identifying and solving business problems. You will also assist in administrative tasks, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive key projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze and translate data into actionable recommendations by creating reports.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Assist in identifying business issues using data and drive them to resolution.
  • Collaborate with various teams including compliance, finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on metrics, reports, and analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
  • Willingness to perform routine data reporting tasks.
