Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical discipline, with 5 years work experience in Procurement
High level of analytical skills and experience in driving global tender processes.
Intermediate level of Excel knowledge
Communication skills & team spirit
Fluent in English. French is an asset
Ability for international travel
Job Description:
Develops and implements sourcing strategy at tender phase to ensure optimal cost productivity (i.e. preferred suppliers, saving & risk assessments, etc. )
Collects and formalizes Return of Experience on projects deployed in the region
Liaises with Engineering Department, with Bid Managers and with many different stakeholders (i.e. Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, etc. ) in order to prepare tender sourcing commitment.
Challenges commodity buyers & managers to increase competitiveness and ensures convergence of commodity strategies with Tenders
Manages sourcing QCDP commitment into Tender
Leads Prebid agreements at tender phase when it brings a real advantage
Proactive cooperation with Engineering to ensure Design to Cost
Consolidates the sourcing commitment in tender phase including actualization & firming calculations
Builds realistic, competitive and on-time tender cost commitment
