Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Engineer at Sahra Star in Riyadh. The Tendering Engineer will be responsible for study , estimation, quotations, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, procurement processes, and applying civil / architecture engineering knowledge in tendering estimation activities.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of actual experience in studying , estimation and submitting government and private tenders
• Procurement and analyzing quotation of supplier / subcontractor's skills
• Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
• Additional experience in execution and technical office
• Experience in tendering processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering
• Full proficiency in working on MS Office in addition to knowledge of related engineering programs
• Proficiency in preparing technical and financial presentations in English and Arabic
