JOB PURPOSE:
Will be responsible for coordinating, collecting, and managing tender-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Also, requires exceptional interpersonal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external clients.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting tender-related documents such as Request for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Quotations (RFQ), ensuring all necessary information and required documents for clients including ban guarantees and certificates of proof.
- Follow up contract procedures, reviewing submitted bids, and ensuring compliance with terms and timelines.
- Ensuring all tender processes comply with local laws, regulations, specifications, and terms and conditions.
- Extensive familiarity with Etimad platform and the contracting process through it.
- The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Applicants must maintain professional and wear formal attire (national dress) during official work hours.
- Full knowledge of government hospital's locations and healthcare sectors in Riyadh.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma of in the following specialty if possible (Office Management & Administration / Executive secretary /Marketing and sales)
- Bachelor's degree will be plus.
- Fresh graduate (1 year experience will be plus)
SKILLS AND COMPENETNICES:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications (especially excel and word)
- Ability to write and format letters, emails, and correspondence in Arabic.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally with colleagues and externally with customers.
- Eager to learn and able to be trained.
- Outstanding Arabic (Written and Speaking)
- Average English.
