Job Scope
Coordination & preparation and submission of biddings, proposals, and tender documents to ensure compliance with client requirements, as well as company policies and procedures. Additionally, it includes assisting in the development and implementation of policies and processes related to tendering and contracts, ensuring adherence to relevant authorities rules and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
To attend to clients queries and requirements by contacting suppliers to ensure timely and accurate responses.
To ensure that sales are concluded successfully and service quality standards are met by maintaining communication with both clients and the internal operations team.
To ensure that bids and contracts are submitted in full compliance with internal policies, processes, and relevant authorities regulations.
To conduct detailed reviews of tender documents to identify potential risks, gaps, and opportunities, ensuring all necessary information is accurately presented and aligned with client specifications.
To coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary data and documentation, ensuring the timely and complete submission of bids, and following up on the outcome of submitted tenders to track success rates and improve future bidding strategies.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
Experience
2-6 years in any Pharmaceutical related job (tendering/contract/reg affairs preferred)
Computer Skills
MS Office
Languages
Good communication skills in English (Read, Write and Speak)
Good communication skills in Tagalog (Read, Write & Speak)
