Salary: Commission-based

Qualifications:

• Certified tennis coach
• Tennis player background
• Coaching background (At least 4 years of coaching experience)
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• Good playing level
• Fluent in English

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct tennis sessions for all ages and levels
• Work with the attendance system to track and manage player participation
• Plan and organize events, tournaments, and social activities
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a dynamic and engaging tennis program
• Provide feedback and support to players to help them improve their skills and reach their goals
• Develop and implement specialized training programs for advanced players
• Organize coaching clinics and workshops for players and parents
• Coordinate with local schools and community groups to promote tennis and recruit new players
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the academy's programs and offerings
