As the Territory Manager for KSA, you will oversee the company's operations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, ensuring operational excellence and achieving sales targets. You will enhance customer experiences, provide leadership and guidance to the local team, and foster partnerships while exploring growth opportunities. Your role will involve driving territory growth by implementing strategic plans and initiatives, collaborating with regional and global teams, and leading a team of three Area Sales Managers to meet their objectives. You will ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards at all times. Effective communication, strong organizational skills, proficiency in analysis, and problem-solving abilities are essential. You will report directly to the Managing Director, playing a critical role in steering the overall growth of the territory by maintaining high standards in all operational aspects
Sales Targets Achievement - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned area.

Support and coordinate ASM requirements and office and warehouse administration work with the admin. Manager- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities for development and increase market penetration
Expert in product knowledge (self and competition) and
- Demand Planning and Inventory Management Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain department in demand planning, and handle local stock
Work closely with the Supply Chain department to plan shipments and stock required
- Supervise local stock in Saudi Arabia, and provide regular insights on optimizing it and needs
Be a force of proposal for controlled-risks inventory required to grow and penetrate new markets
Guide and develop the Area Sales Managers team to achieve or exceed their goals, and collaborate efficiently with key departments (Customer Service team, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing)
1/ Teamwork
- Work closely with Customer Service team to ensure efficient and timely response to our customers
Collaborate with Marketing for local initiatives and promotions- Provide insights and forecasts
2/ Leadership- Lead and support the ASM team to deliver on or above their goals
Development plan for each team member

Weekly reports with ASM
