Candidate Profile

This senior role demands an accomplished Territory Sales Manager with at least 15 years of experience in enterprise services and software solution sales. Proficiency in Arabic and English, extensive experience in the UAE market, and a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets are mandatory. The ideal candidate will excel in executive relationship management and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level and key stakeholders. This role involves high-level solution-selling expertise and requires a proactive, consultative approach to driving growth and expansion within the UAE.

Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at ASC, you will own the sales strategy and revenue growth within your designated territory. Your role focuses on building our client base through consultative solution-selling for advisory and professional services, product sales, and managed services.

In this role, you will develop and execute territory-based account strategies, nurture high-impact relationships with C-suite and key stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with internal and partner resources to deliver comprehensive, client-specific solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within your assigned territory and accounts.
  • Actively network within the territory, industry, and market to generate new client opportunities, working closely with strategic partner account teams.
  • Develop and sustain relationships at the C-level and with business, HR, and IT leaders, fostering long-term partnerships and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead internal and partner teams in developing and presenting customer-focused solutions that address business and technical needs.
  • Collaborate with partner account teams and subject matter experts to establish pre- and post-sales strategies.
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and project hand-off.
  • Understand and address specific client business and technical requirements to create tailored proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Required Experience

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English and a proven, successful track record within the UAE market are mandatory.
  • 15+ years in enterprise professional services and platform sales with a consistent record of exceeding targets.
  • 10+ years in digital transformation sales, specifically in ESM, ITxM, CRM, CSM, or HRSD domains.
  • Expertise in ecosystems, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, Unqork, PagerDuty, Microsoft, Google Cloud, or Mulesoft.
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA is advantageous.
  • ServiceNow Certifications are preferred but not essential.

  • Experience in growing accounts across industries and managing projects of various scales.
  • Executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in negotiating large contracts, resolving conflicts, and facilitating legal discussions.
  • Willingness to travel based on territory needs.
