Job Description

We are looking out for Seasoned Test Manager's/ SME / QA Managers/ Test Engineer Cards (QA Automation + Functional + Performance - Banking).

Any Banking Domain Experience Can Apply

For Test Manager Years of Experience: 15+ years, with the majority in the BFSI sector.

Project Management: Must have experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Leadership: Experience in leading large and complex projects from a QA perspective is essential.

QA Governance: Expertise in QA governance, including reporting, planning, monitoring, and execution, is required.

Responsibility: Overall responsibility for the quality of testing and timely delivery.

Test Improvement Initiatives: Serve as the key driver for test improvement initiatives.

Strategy and Planning: Create test strategies, overall plans, resource requirements, allocation, and identify technical skill areas.

Client Interaction: Engage with client teams on project risks and concerns and resolve issues.

Reporting: Report project status to internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with client and QualityKiosk processes.

Metrics: Consolidate and report metrics for project activities.

Knowledge Management: Manage knowledge effectively within the project.

Test Design and Execution: Create test designs, execution plans, and testing schedules.

Task Management: Assign tasks to team members and manage workloads efficiently.

Project Tracking: Track project milestones and deliverables.

Offshore Team Management: Manage offshore teams and monitor their work.

Support: Provide inputs and clarifications to the offshore team.

Requirement Management: Keep track of new requirements from the project.

Defect Management: Anchor daily defect discussions.

Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to onsite offshore processes and agreed timelines.

User Coordination: Coordinate with users for input, reviews, and approvals.

Metrics Implementation: Responsible for metrics measurement and implementation.

Testing Activities: Report on testing activities, including results, test suite creation, test case coverage, and defects.

Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to testing processes.

Stakeholder Management: Capable of managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
