Role:
We are seeking an experienced Software Tester Engineer to join our team at WaffarX. As a Software Tester Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your expertise will contribute to driving the growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and define test objectives.
Design and execute test cases and scripts to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of software products.
Identify and document software defects, track their resolution, and verify fixes.
Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to the development team.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Software Tester Engineer.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in designing and executing test cases and scripts.
Familiarity with testing management tools such as TFS, OTM, or ALM.
Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
Experience with automation testing is a plus.
ISTQB certification is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
