Testing & Commissioning Engineer

Job description:

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing procedures for substations
• Conduct system integration tests and address issues
• Lead commissioning process for substations
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize system performance
• Prepare detailed documentation (test plans, reports, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records of testing activities
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders
• Provide technical support and guidance
• Ensure testing and commissioning activities adhere to standards and safety protocols
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2 to 7 years of experience in testing and commissioning
• Strong understanding of substation projects
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
