Oversee the Testing and Commissioning (T&C) Assessment
Coordinates and Schedules of all The Railways Systems and MEP Works and telecommunication works for the Project.
Supervise the System Integration Tests and the Planning and lead the Trial Operation Period.
Manage a team of T&C engineers who will supervise the contractors testing activities in liaison with the discipline leads.
Liaise with system assurance to ensure smooth and safe integration.
Organize the logistics multi-discipline integration tests, develop test procedures,
Review and Provide feedback on T&C documentations provided by contractors: plans, program, procedures, reports, mitigations.
Generate action lists during tests and ensure corrective actions are in place.
Complies with EHS procedures and reports Deviations, Near-misses, and Accidents.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
General overall experience (12) years
7 years of professional experience in the same field.
3 years of experience in management and implementation of similar transport infrastructure projects and in a similar position
Extensive experience in the testing and commissioning of MEP and electrified Rail Transit systems, inclusive of systems for ventilation, fire protection, power supply and distribution, Signaling and Automatic Protection, Rolling Stock, SCADA, Operation and Supervision of trains, other Low and High Voltage power systems, Automatic Fare collection, control and remote operation systems.
