We are searching for a Test Manager to oversee quality assurance testing operations for our company. In this role, you will work with a team of QC professionals to ensure that our software products are suitable for launch. You will utilize test automation, so you should have some experience using tools like Selenium and programming languages like Java and SQL.
Test Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Create quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status
- Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high-quality deliverables for clients
- Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization
- Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
- Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities
- Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
- Train new QC staff members in our testing methods and standards
- Oversee all testing operations
- Automate as much of the testing process as possible
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field
- 10+ years of QC and testing experience
- Project management experience
- Proficiency with automation tools
