Key responsibilities
- Deliver results and outcomes through hands-on contribution in Agile Teams & ARTs.
- Transform DTPS services from a classical task-based delivery model into an agile and self-managed delivery unit leveraging standard frameworks (e.g. SAFe, SCRUM )
- Manage delivery of Vendors services and ensuring the compliance of the IT Service Provider(s) to company policies.
- Leverage onsite and country presence to deliver excellent Digital Workplace services, specifically for the BU assigned.
Plan, execute and monitor results specifically for the BU as per position accountability.
- Collaborate with specific DTPS BU Director.
Develop team and conduct regular feedback, create development plans and execute performance reviews

- Create collaborative environment to build and develop agile thinking and support the agile delivery concept
