RESPONSIBILITES/DUTIES
Overseeing the ticketing operations for events, performances, or attractions.
Managing a team of ticketing staff to ensure smooth operation and customer service
Developing and implementing ticketing strategies to maximize revenue and attendance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in ticketing operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
Minimum 05 years of Exp in same field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage ticket sales, pricing, and inventory.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle high-pressure situations, last-minute changes, and peak sales periods.
