ROLE SUMMARY
The role is responsible for providing support to the Total Rewards team, conducting key activities such as Job evaluation, Market intelligence, Salary surveys and benchmarks to support HC decision making. Analyze benefits and rewards schemes, monitor C&B policies, and ensure compliance with labor law and regulations of Majid Al Futtaim Countries of Operation.
ROLE PROFILE
- Conduct job evaluation and job mapping activities by applying the methodologies of Korn Ferry.
- Run C&B cycles using the C&B module when it comes to annual cycles (Merit increase and Bonus).
- Provides analysis and recommendations to Center of Excellence on different Total Rewards matters.
- Support HCBPs in running Total Rewards process in their Operating Companies.
- Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity.
- Run compensation and benefits reports and analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and market competitiveness.
- Participate in market and salary surveys with external vendors and run benchmark analysis.
- Apply knowledge of labour laws and regulations of Majid Al Futtaim countries of operation to ensure compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in a relevant/numerate discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Total Rewards / TR Operations.
- SAP knowledge any system knowledge is mandated
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and process execution.
- Experience in market benchmarks and surveys within Korn Ferry, Towers Watson, and Mercer frameworks.
