Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator located in Cairo, Egypt. The Tour Operator will be responsible for conducting guided tours, providing travel and tourism assistance, delivering exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and driving sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting guided tours and providing travel and tourism assistance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle reservations efficiently
• Strong sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Knowledge of local attractions and landmarks
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
