Job Title: Tour Operator In-Charge

Job Summary: The Tour Operator In-Charge will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of tour activities, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, planning and executing tour packages, and leading a team of tour guides and support staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of the tourism industry in the UAE.
- Tour Planning and Coordination:
Develop, organize, and coordinate tour packages, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Facilitating and coordinating government approvals required for tour operations.
Liaise with hotels, transport companies, and other service providers to ensure seamless tour operations.
Ensure all tours meet safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tour guides and support staff.
Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any issues promptly.
Gather customer feedback and use it to improve tour services.
- Operational Management:
Monitor and manage tour budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Oversee the booking and reservation systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Marketing and Sales:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote tour packages and services.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to attract more clients.
Assist in developing promotional materials and online content.
- Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on tour operations, financial performance, and customer feedback.
Analyze tour performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Requirments:
UAE National (Emirati) or any other Arab Nationals only.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the tourism industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of the UAE tourism market and popular destinations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tour booking software.
Proficiency in English is Compulsory.
