Job Purpose
The Trade Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective trade marketing strategies to promote our products within the target market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities
for growth.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities with overall business goals.
Build strong relationships with key trade partners and distributors to maximize collaboration and drive mutual success.
Promotional Campaigns:
Plan and implement promotional campaigns tailored to specific trade channels and customer segments.
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Manage promotional activities, including POS materials, displays, and promotional campaigns.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Merchandisers:
Support the merchandisers team in their day-to-day operations nationwide.
Competencies
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing or any other related field. Master's degree is a plus
Experience
3+ years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of retail channels and consumer behavior.
Knowledge, Skills& Abilities
Proven ability to develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies that drive sales and brand visibility.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
