Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility on Foodcraft.ae and Ecommerce platforms through strategic partnerships, data-driven marketing, and product optimization. The job holder will collaborate with internal teams and partners and aims to expand market reach, improve customer engagement, ultimately supporting long-term business growth.
Key Result Areas:
- Drive revenue growth on Foodcraft.ae and Ecommerce platforms by optimizing product visibility, leading to increased sales and market share.
- Implement data-driven strategies to boost conversion rates and increase traffic on Foodcraft.ae, enhancing overall customer engagement and sales performance.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with leading Ecommerce aggregators and other partners to expand the brand's retail presence, resulting in broader market reach and visibility.
- Collaborate with partners to optimize the positioning and promotion of Foodcraft's products on aggregator platforms, enhancing visibility and driving sales.
- Negotiate favourable terms with Ecommerce aggregators to secure advantageous agreements that support long-term growth and increase online sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with key Ecommerce partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration to enhance product placement, promotions, and sales on aggregator platforms and Foodcraft.ae.
- Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to increase brand visibility and drive online sales growth.
- Support the development and expansion of the product catalogue by collaborating with the culinary team, ensuring a competitive offering that meets market demand and customer preferences.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Ecommerce, or a related field (must have).
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in trade marketing and business development experience in Ecommerce, ideally with leading Ecommerce aggregators in a category management (F&B category preferred) or account management role, with a focus on revenue growth through online and/or offline retail channels.
- Experience in Revenue Growth & Optimization in Ecommerce.
- Experience in partnership management and Ecommerce F&B retail strategy execution.
