Encipher AI has partnered with a digital asset exchange and custodian based in Abu Dhabi. This company provides a trading platform designed for institutional and retail investors to buy, sell, and store virtual assets.

Role

In this role, you will execute trades with precision, optimizing revenue while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role is ideal for an individual with a solid background in sales trading across traditional financial products or cryptocurrencies. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced trading environment and be a part of a dynamic Over-The-Counter (OTC) desk.

Technical Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales trading environment.
• Proven track record of execution trading traditional financial products and/or cryptocurrencies.
• Strong skills in mental arithmetic, analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and accommodate different time zones to meet global trading demands.
• Fluency in English and preferably in Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
