Pure Dairy is open for a Commercial Manager for the Indian & MENA markets, based in Dubai. As part of the Trade team, the role focuses on creating value for both customers and Pure Dairy through savvy and efficient dairy commodity trading. What are you going to do

Reporting to the Global Trade Director in Singapore, this role holds full accountability for selling and purchasing dairy products while developing existing and new B2B relationships. The Commercial Manager will be a highly driven self-starter, focused on actively pursuing business opportunities and known for closing deals ethically.

Key responsibilities include:

• Selling and sourcing dairy commodity products throughout India, MENA, and international markets
• Selling and sourcing dairy foodservice products in the same regions
• Active account management and relationship building with manufacturers and buyers
• Supporting international development of new value-added business, including foodservice products
• Executing medium- and long-term market access strategies (Buy, Sell, Move)
• Contributing to long-term strategic planning
• Conducting market analysis and reporting

Profile

• Degree-qualified; preference for International Commerce, Accounting, or Asian Studies
• Knowledge of the dairy industry
• 3-5+ years of experience in international commodity trading
• Strong financial and commercial skills
• Strong communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities
