Role Overview:

Key Duties:

- Develop and execute trading strategies to optimize profitability and market share.

- Manage and expand the company's portfolio of customers and suppliers in the bunker industry.

- Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform trading decisions and strategies.

- Negotiate and close trading deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

- Analyse financial reports and trading performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of trades and contracts.

- Lead and mentor a team of trading professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in B2B or physical bunker trading, with a deep understanding of the bunker market dynamics.

- Previous experience as a Bunker Manager or Senior Bunker Trader experience.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to make informed trading decisions.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to drive financial growth and achieve significant financial returns.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
