Job Purpose Summary::
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the VP Group Treasury support Unit to provide comprehensive support services to the SEVP, Group Treasury and Financial Institutions.
Experience Requirements::
Ensures compliance to the departments policies and procedures.
Reviews all Treasury transactions ensuring set procedures are followed by department staff to ensure that all deal tickets are completed, proper approvals have been received and the timely processing of deals in coordination with Treasury Operations.
Controls the timely update and approval of the list of approved counterparts/products for Treasury operations.
Makes sure all projects of the Division are done on time and supports the relevant units at any step of the project if required.
Coordinates the review/update of all Treasury policies and procedures
Assist in preparation of presentations as requested by the SEVP, Treasury and Financial Institutions
Assist in preparation of large and small CAPEX items
Required Special Skills::
Bachelors University graduate preferably with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable).
Exceptional presentation skills.
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good knowledge of a wide range of treasury products.
Analytical and problem solving skills coupled with decision-making ability.
Strong customer service orientation with exceptional knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Profit and results driven.
