A well established training center based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Assessor cum Trainer - QA QC ( Civil)
As an Assessor/Trainer in QA/QC, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the quality of our training programs related to civil discipline. You will conduct assessments and training sessions, as well as verify and develop training materials and practical sessions that meet industry standards and best practices.
8 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects in the UAE
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, as well as training programs in both theory and
practical.
- Review course content, instructional methods, and practical training sessions for compliance with quality
standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to training programs.
- Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers to ensure alignment with industry requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on assessment findings and present them to management.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, standards, and regulations.
- Provide feedback and guidance to other instructors and management on quality assurance practices in
training delivery.

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- Equivalence certificate is mandatory
- Proven experience in QA/QC roles, specifically within HVAC and MEP systems.
- Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
