Job Description

The Training Coordination Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating the effective delivery of training programs by verifying trainee eligibility, enhancing CVs, managing data, and serving as a bridge between trainers and trainees. This position demands excellent organizational, communication, and data management skills to ensure seamless program execution and participant satisfaction.

Requirements

Trainee Verification and Support:

  • Review and verify the eligibility of trainees for training programs based on established criteria.
  • Edit and enhance trainees CVs to meet professional standards, improving presentation and relevance for training purposes.

Communication and Coordination:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for trainers and trainees, addressing any queries and facilitating clear communication throughout the training process.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, attendance confirmation, and preparing necessary materials.

Data Entry and System Updates:


  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Support the training team by providing data-driven insights and timely updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Organizational and Attention to Detail:
  • Strong ability to manage data accurately, prepare documents, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively with trainers, trainees, and stakeholders.
  • Coordination and Time Management:
  • Capable of managing multiple schedules and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient program delivery.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with data entry and database management systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in training coordination, administrative support, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with professional CV formatting and enhancement.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and systems.
