Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of training coordinators.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of training programs.
Ensure that training resources, facilities, and materials are available and prepared.
Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts to deliver effective training sessions.
Develop comprehensive training plans and schedules..
Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Manage the operational team and oversee tasks related to training courses.
Evaluate the performance of training courses, ensuring alignment with objectives and quality standards.
Implement control and review procedures to ensure the required quality system.
Prepare comprehensive reports on the entire training process and training Programs
Analyze training data and generate reports to measure training outcomes.

Requirements:
Proven experience in training coordination in training company or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent Reporting Writing Skills.
