Design and development of programs and training manuals in the field of child protection and empowerment of community and economic empowerment of youth development.
Core Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the training needs assessment for programs and training manuals to be developed.
- Contribute to the outline development of the training proposals and implementation mechanisms with target groups.
- Effectively contribute to the integration of technology and modern training strategies and facilitation in training
- Contribute to the development evaluation of participants and models (before and after), according to the nature of the training program.
- Develop operational plans for the development of training and programs agreed on with the direct supervisor.
- Find scientific sources and references for use in the development of training manuals.
- Develop new training manuals as per the department's needs.
- Oversee the logistical preparations related supplies training and print training materials and stationary.
- Contribute to build the experience of trainers and their willingness to train.
- Supervise the testing of programs and training manuals newly developed on the field and work on the feedback process.
- Review and amend various training manuals, which need to be updated on an ongoing basis and in cooperation with the training team.
- Document programs and training manuals electronically and by papers, and maintain intellectual property rights and copyright
- Preparation of monthly and annual job-related technical reports and submits them to direct the supervisor.
- Attend training courses carried out by trainers periodically in order to evaluate the use of training manuals and the suitability of the target groups.
- Contribute to the evaluation of training programs outputs and its sustainability to achieve the goals and expectations.
- Continuous follow-up and feedback of the effectiveness of various training programs or manuals carried out by the training center in the field.
- Archiving of documents, records, files, and reports related to the job and update them continuously.
- Fully maintain the confidentiality of accessible information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or any related field (Master Degree is a plus).
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
- 5 -8 years
- Experience in the design, development and implementation of training programs / training manuals, monitoring and evaluation, identifying needs of target groups,
- Developed at least 10 training manuals, total training days of not less than 80 days of training
