Training Manager
Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs.
- Identify training needs and assess organizational skills gaps.
- Create and manage training budgets, schedules, and logistics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage training staff, including instructors and coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.
- Conduct needs assessments and training gap analyses.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training management or instructional design.
- Certification in training management
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Familiarity with training software, LMS, and authoring tools.
