I Hierarchical Direct link Reporting directly to the Regional Learning & Development Manager ME.
II Global task
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager GCC to join our team. Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing competencies of our People. You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our Teams.
Enhancing the learning Knowledge and designing the module across each function inside NAOS ME Organization and Focusing on below modules:
oProduct Knowledge
oSkin Structure knowledge
oPathology Knowledge
oSelling technique
oBrand Training
Trainings Audience:
-In GCC Region with all Affiliates.
-Targeted audience:
ؠInternal team
(Field Base & Office base)
Handle training material development in association with regional team and HQ.
Material development will include and not limited to, updates, translation, activities, workbook, fliers, videos, Training Manuals etc. at each level of audience.
Travel regularly in the region 2 to 4 times a month to cover GCC region calendar which will be planned in the beginning of the year by each BUM.
Routine Assessment of the Field Force for knowledge, capabilities & skills on a Quarterly basis.
II Geographical Scope
GCC (excluding KSA) in addition to any new affiliate in the region...etc.-
III Main Responsibilities
A.Prioritize, design & Schedule the yearly training plan in the last month of the year during budget presentation based on the marketing plan submitted from the business unit head to cover the assigned geographical this will include product knowledge, facial protocol and soft skills training.
B.Schedules and create all training sessions requested as a pop up to support the business needs.
Facilitate and deliver:
1.Product Knowledge including (Pathology and Skin Structure)
2.Selling Skills Program
3.Soft Skills
D.Travel monthly across the GCC, based on the training calendar planned in December and the business needs to deliver the scheduled and communicated training sessions planned.
E.Collect and analyze data on capability and learning needs of the brands based on evaluation tests and reports.
F.Conduct effective induction and onboarding sessions.
G.Build smart objectives, insights, action plans and training plans on monthly basis based on data and reports to cover the business need.
H.Share trainer evaluation form and feedback immediately after each training to support managers understand the level and areas of development of their team.
I.Manage LMS and Curate high quality learning resources including e-learning modules, training materials, practice guides and reference materials.
J.Prepare:
1.Training documentation such as product knowledge and facial protocols
2.Training manuals
3.Hand notes for participants
4.Bank Questionnaires
5.and other support materials
K.Update on quarterly basis all the above-mentioned material (hard and soft copies and on the related platforms.
L.Handle a Learning Management System for the brand using Thrive:
1.Training form creation
2.Evaluation forms
3.Reporting
4.Library update
5.Skills Boosters
6.Learning pathways
IV Competencies
Technical Competencies:
-TTT Certificate from a recognized institution
-LMS Experience is a must, with advanced skills in creating SCORM files and managing authoring tools.
-Digital Intelligence.
-Data Analysis.
-Excellent command of English & Arabic written, and oral communication skills is a must.
-Program Management.
-Ability to properly evaluate audience's comprehension and application of subject material.
-Curation & Creation
