As our Franchise Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our worldwide franchisees. Your primary responsibility will be to train franchisee employees in person on various aspects of operating an iris photography store, the Eyemazy soft- and hardware, and a well prepared opening. You will work closely with new and existing franchisees to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to provide outstanding service to their customers.
Conduct comprehensive training programs for franchisee employees on shop operations, system usage, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and enhance training programs and resources to enable effective workflow for associates and stores.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to store managers and their employees.- Collaborate with the Operations and Technical Support teams to stay updated on system developments and improvements.
Excellent English language and communication skills.- Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate various learning styles.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Patient and supportive in assisting learners.
Adaptability and flexibility to meet demanding work schedule
Must possess a valid passport from the US, EU, or a country with visa waiver agreements with the EU and US, allowing entry without the need for eVisa or eTA.
