How You'll Make an Impact
Single-threaded leader: Transform strategy into results by taking responsibility of planning & delivering successful training programs, overseeing training programs execution including onsite training and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Performance management: Measure, monitor, report the status of running training programs and recommend improvement strategies using SE L.M.S platform.
Partner and collaborator: Be a reliable, trusted partner and collaborator with relevant stakeholders to review and continuously optimizing training workshops status.
Training and instructional design delivery: supervisor and review new designed curricula and training material based on the received needs analysis and global trends.
Team leader: People manager to team of training engineers and trainers. manage performance, coach, and ensure that they have the tools and support to build their skills and experience.
Continuous improvement: Lead continuous improvement programs by collaborating with respective process owners across the training center to implement improvements.
What You Bring
10+ years of experiences energy field operation.
5+ years of training experience in an adult learning environment.
Fluent in speaking and writing in both Arabic and English.
Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).
Project management experience.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
