Job Overview:
The Training Specialist at Metropolitan Capital Real Estate will play a critical role in enhancing the skills and performance of our employees through the development and delivery of effective training programs. This position involves designing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs to ensure they meet the needs of the organisation. The Training Specialist will collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in training and development, strong communication and presentation skills, and a passion for facilitating employee growth and development.
What you'll do:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including materials, manuals, and e-learning modules, to meet the needs of the organization.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update training records and documentation.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Utilize various training methods, including classroom instruction, online learning, and on-the-job training, to ensure a diverse and engaging learning experience.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing them with the necessary training and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Support the development and implementation of company-wide training initiatives and policies.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related role.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using training software and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CTT+) is a plus.
