Primary Duties include:

Assist senior team members to perform various TP and tax analyses including TP

planning/advisory, TP documentation, audit defense, advance pricing agreements

and other related deliverables

Analyse client's business activities, financial performance, and intercompany

transactions

Support companies in implementing a process to comply with the UAE Corporate Tax

rules.

Participate in meetings or phone calls with senior business executives to identify

functions, assets, and risks

Review data sets, and perform financial analysis using a variety of economic,

statistical and sector-based models or techniques

Ensure timely delivery of work by managing project workflow, analyzing information,

effective (internal and external) communication and managing and coaching more

junior members of the team

Conduct industry and company research for clients in a range of sectors

Closely collaborate with TP or tax teams in Dubai or across the network

Monitoring global or local country TP or related tax development

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Four to six years of relevant experience in corporate tax or TP from other accounting

firms and industry preferred

Candidates with consulting, advisory, valuation, research, audit, or related experience

will also be strongly considered

Degree holder, preferably major in economics, accounting, business, mathematics,

finance or related disciplines

Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Experience with common technology and TP database tools is important; experience

with automation or efficiency solutions is an advantage
