Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate management, business transformation, or organizational development, with proven success in managing large-scale projects.
- Experience in managing turnaround projects in the construction industry highly preferred.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Substantial experience in the (GCC) region.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams through significant changes.
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in both verbal and written forms.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to devise effective transformation strategies.
- Deep understanding of change management principles and their application.
- Knowledge of digital transformation trends and technology integration.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and the use of performance metrics to assess project impacts.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle contracts and agreements.
