Job Description

Railway Alignment/Track Engineer - with experience in the middle East.

The Ideal Candidate will have experience in preliminary and detailed design of the railway

alignment and track works, including the conventional railways, metro and LRT systems.

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the design of the railway tracks and alignment, including all design

phases from preliminary engineering to detailed design.

Designer should be responsible for the design of, but not limited to plan and profile,

corridors and typical sections, track details etc.

Provide technical expertise and guidance in compliance with local and international

codes, standards and regulations governing railway construction.

Coordinate closely with CAD drafters and other disciplines including the drainage and

hydrology, structures, utilities, roads etc.

Produce designs and reports in accordance with company's internal control and quality

guidance.

Provide inputs to the Bill of Quantities related to track and earthworks components.

Requirements:

The candidate should have over 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

Experience in Bentley OpenRail Designer or Bentley Rail Track. Knowledge of Civil

3D is desirable, but not mandatory.

The candidate should have over 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

Communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in fluent English

Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently while multi-tasking

Middle-east experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
