Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Advisor at BooKing located in Cairo The Travel Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Travel Advisor will work closely with a team to support the overall operations of the travel agency.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
Experience in making travel arrangements
Familiarity with working in a travel agency
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree
English proficiency
Knowledge of different travel destinations and attractions
