Position Overview

As a Travel Advisor at CruiseHub, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customers cruise experiences. You will be responsible for nurturing existing customers, as well as attracting new ones by providing exceptional service and expertise. We're seeking individuals who are not just sales-oriented but who understand the value of relationship-based sales. What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers;
  • Provide personalized cruise recommendations tailored to each customer's preferences and needs;
  • Effectively communicate the value of our cruise packages and services;
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and cruise offerings;
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, changes, and post-trip support;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly and professionally.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry;
  • Strong English communication, both speaking and written;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • A passion for travel;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of cruise destinations, itineraries, and cruise lines, an asset.
  • Please note this is a full-time on-site position, in New Cairo, Egypt.
