Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agency Customer Service position at Private Business, located in New Cairo. The Customer Service representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, assisting with travel bookings, managing inquiries and complaints, and promoting sales of guided tours and business travel packages.
Qualifications
- Experience in the travel agency industry, with knowledge of travel agency operations and processes
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Strong sales skills and ability to promote and sell guided tours and business travel packages
- Knowledge of business travel requirements and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
