Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, arranging car rentals, coordinating travel arrangements, and driving sales.

Qualifications

• Reservations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using reservation software
• Fluency in English and Arabic
