Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the daily operations of our travel and tourism agency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships between our agency and airlines.- Drive sales and ensure top-notch customer service.
Strategically oversee the team, ensuring processes are optimised for efficiency and profitability.
- Analyse market trends and implement strategies to enhance our service offerings.
Train and mentor a small, dedicated team of travel experts to achieve business goals.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.- Diploma in Airlines and Airport Management.
Certifications in IATA (Serving the Travel Customer, Passenger Ground Services Agent) and NSDC.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
Proven experience in the UAE travel and tourism market.
Strong leadership and management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking with a sales and customer-focused mindset.
- Highly organized with a structured approach to work.
