Travel Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Passenger handling.
• Make travel arrangements for individuals, groups, and organizations, including scheduling flights and ground transportation, booking accommodations, and handling other trip-related tasks.
• Airline reservations, fares & ticketing.
• Void and refund processing.
• Airline interaction.
• Maintenance of fare updates and other relevant information.
• Telephone, email, and SMS passenger handling.
• Portal ticketing, refunds, and passenger support.
• Responsible for all transactions, including any credit transactions of any products/services, and liable for the entire transactions.
• Answer all business-related WhatsApp messages and inquiries with relevant replies.
• Make attractive travel itineraries.
• Quickly learn to handle visa and airticket portals.
• Create posters and brochures to send to clients as marketing tools.

Salary

• AED 2500 per month + incentives + Medical Insurance and air ticket after every 2 years.
